Shields and Shields (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://shieldsandshields.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided so that both parties are aware of and mutually agree to the terms.
Subject to stock availability: We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. Occasionally, there may be unavailability of a product or choice of color. In that event, we will contact you by telephone, text or email to enquire if we can make substitutions or should issue a refund.
Shipping cost is calculated during checkout and payment will be collected and included in the purchase total.
3.1 Return Due to Change Of Mind
Shields and Shields accepts returns if for any reason the customer is justly dissatisfied or the product got badly damaged during transportation, providing the request is received and the product returned to the store without any deterioration within 12 hours of receipt. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and expense. Once returns are received and accepted, substitutes will be provided or a refund processed. Refunds will be within 7 days to the value of the goods returned.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Shields and Shields will honor any valid warranty claims, provided the claim is submitted within 2 days of receipt of items.
Once a warranty claim is confirmed, the customer will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to the payment method
(b) a refund in store credit or
(c) a replacement item if available.
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 – 2 days
4.2 Transit time to parishes outside KSA.
Generally, orders shipped to other parishes are in transit for 1-2 days. This varies greatly depending destination and location of the recipient.
4.3 Delivery Scheduling
Orders for KSA placed before 1:00 p.m, (Jamaica Time) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise on the next day. Same day delivery in Kingston may not be possible on Sundays.
Rural area orders must be received at least 48 hours before the delivery date. Rural deliveries are done Tuesdays to Fridays.
4.3 Change of Delivery Address
Changes must be made before the delivery is dispatched or an additional delivery fee will apply. In the case of rural deliveries changes cannot be made after dispatch.
4.4 Delivery Failure
If delivery cannot be executed and the product has been made the company cannot take responsibility. The product may be collected in store if done within 12 hours of delivery date
